I would like to write a review about Cartrack agent Nwabisa Mzingelwa. She was very friendly and courteous when calling to inform me of a low battery notification on my vehicle and asking if we know where the vehicle is and if aware of the state of the battery. This was moments after we manually opened the vehicle because of a flat battery. Well done to Cartrack on the quick and effective response.
