I would like to write a review about Cartrack. This morning I received a call from CarTrack and the lady introduced herself as Lawreen De Buffalo regarding a query that I have with Cartrack. She is the most understanding and excellent consultant I have ever spoke to from Cartrack. She knows how to pursue a person to a common agreement and to the solution. She is a problem solver that one. Keep it up Lawreen and God bless you. I wish all your colleagues can learn one or two skills on how to talk to a disgruntled customer.
