I would like to write a review about Cartrack
I would like to write a review about Cartrack. My install was booked and confirmed for Friday 7-Feb-2025 at 8:00 a.m. one hour. By 8:30 no call, no installer, messing up my day. I called and attended Sifiso Khuma, the most gentle, kind and well behaved agent. He apologized on behalf of the no show installer and accepted my request to reschedule. Kudos and highest praises to Sifiso, Cartrack needs guys like him who puts costumer first.
