I would like to write a review about Cartrack

I would like to write a review about Cartrack. My car was ******. I reported it to Cartrack . On a point of technicality , because I didn't call them to have my device tested, they refused to pay me the recovery warranty of R150 000. The fact that the device was working and that they were able to track the car up to a point means the device was working. How can I escalate the matter and make sure they pay me. Until then I'm not doing business with them. Anyone else had the same or similar experience?
