I would like to write a review about Cartrack

I would like to write a review about Cartrack. Good day i am not happy with your service. I have requested for a Technician on thursday to come and assist on removing a tracking device off my car so that the dealership can continue with fixing the car, they said the technician will come on saturday but did not showup, today they telling me there is no available technician i should wait for tomoro. My car is just parking at the dealership nothing has beem done till now.
