I would like to write a review about Cartrack

I would like to write a review about Cartrack. The service is pathetic, they expect the customer to pay for service that they didn’t render. I.e they can’t pick their faulty system on the car that they are supposed to track, even if they pick up after reporting, they don’t come and repair, as if that’s not enough. I have an issue that is now taking 5 months , after not less than 50 calls , still not resolved, never come across such atrocious service like on Cartrack
