I would like to write a review about Cartrack 3 stars out of 5 I received a call from Sibongile Tshabalala who works for CarTrack. She called to check if everything was fine because she received a car alert. I really appreciate this service from CarTrack. However, Sibongile's level of energy was off and it affected me as a customer. I kindly suggest that customer service agents improve their moods since it really goes a long way. Sibongile only seemed interested in getting a good rating for her service despite her moody attitude.
