I would like to write a review about Cartrack

I would like to write a review about Cartrack. I have a very big complain to make . Cartrack debited me twice and the account department said they can’t do anything. I have been speaking to one Cartrack official ( name withheld) , but still she can’t solve this problem. My review is this ; The customer service for Cartrack is zero and I have a brother who has a similar issue . If Cartrack as a big company is so negligent at the detriment of their customers, it is then regarded as a poor service provider. My issue is still not resolved and every effort I made has proven abortive. Please work on your customer service and be objective in dealing with your customers . Complain from a very dissatisfied customer. Thanks 🙏
