I would like to write a review about Cartrack. I had an amazing experience speaking to Ntombizodwa Chirwa . I was frustrated with Cartrack and what was happening with my tracker since I lost my car and needed a tracker installed in my new car. Ntombizodwa was friendly,precise and communicated the issue with my account with a very high level of professionalism. Good customer service service is very uncommon these days, so I’d really like to commend her for the experience she gave me as a customer. I hope her management value and pay her accordingly.
