I would like to write a review about Cartrack

I would like to write a review about Cartrack. Cartrack is not completely honest with their advertising. When I chose their Cartracking package I asked them if I was going to pay any installation fee and the consultant responded that “no the installation is free, you’re only going to pay for your monthly subscription.” They came on the second of December to install the tracker and on the third R153 was debited from my account. I assumed it was my monthly subscription fee since it’s R150 I thought the debit order took off early since it’s December. To my surprise a few days later I received an sms stating that I’m owing Cartrack. When I called them I was told the R153 payment was for activating the Cartrack. Is this not false advertising? Were they not supposed to reveal this activation fee when I asked them about installion fee?
