I would like to write a review about Cartrack 1

I would like to write a review about Cartrack 1. The responder was quick enough and sounded ready to assist, which was excellent 2. Positioning of Emergency Call is very inconsiderate; now that we are clients, we are relegated to Option 2 with your Marketing at Option 1 NB. A second could be a huge difference when one is in a very serious emergency. I have made my submissions to Cartrack on the same issue but seemingly Cartrack customers trauma is secondary to Cartrack!
