I would like to write a review about Cartrack

I would like to write a review about Cartrack. Im a new customer at Cartrack and there's a collections lady who called me for payment arrangements for pro-rata the lady was very rude if that's how they do collections then tracker customers are not in good hands, unfortunately I didn't have enough money in my account and at the broker where I took my policy they didn't advise me about the amount I need to pay upfront, she went ahead and loaded the debit without my consent that is very unprofessional I called in to make payment arrangement and a gentlemen by the name Molantwa Netshimbolimbo assisted me and he also made it easy by explaining the process to me, keep up the good work and he was patient, he listened to my complaint and he picked up some information was outstanding in my account and he went as far as updating it Thanks
