I would like to write a review about Cartrack: Totally unacceptable service, the device in my car is faulty, it's draining my battery, I'm on my 3rd battery since this device was installed, the battery center immediately asked if I had Car tracker in my car I told them yes, they said it's draining the car battery, I then called Car tracker yesterday ( 27 Jan 2023) they said I will get a call from their maintenance team, I didn't get a call, called them again and they are telling me they can only come out on the 3rd of Feb 2023, my question is : what must I do in the mean time because the new battery I have will also die, will they be responsible for it? Very poor, when they had to install the device they came the same day I phoned, why not now?
