I would like to give a huge appreciation to Makhosazo Mbatha's customer service. I had forgotten to disable my cartrack lock when I switched my car on. She showed great professionalism during the call and ensuring that I am the rightful owner and everything was well. I really communication skills are highly and satisfactorily commendable and she should continue her stellar job.
