I would have loved to give them 5 stars, however all of the staff members greet us customers in Zulu, which I feel that it’s unprofessional because they don’t now the language the person on the other end of phone is speaking

I would have loved to give them 5 stars, however all of the staff members greet us customers in Zulu, which I feel that it’s unprofessional because they don’t now the language the person on the other end of phone is speaking. When I took up the Cartrack contract I was spoken to in Zulu most of the time 🥴 nevertheless I do understand the language but I can’t speak Zulu. Apart from that…. Their service is amazing 🤩, they give feedback and call back as they promised. Spoke to few ladies there and one even offered her cell number if I need clarity over the contract so she can explain in detail. I’m super happy so far so good… and shout out Andile Randima, very professional and took note to detail with changes that I had to make of my profile… thank you 🙏🏽
