I won't explain what the issue was, however I would like to mention that I got the best client service from (Jacqueline Mathabela) she showed a positive attitude and willingness to go an extra mile. she has demonstrated only the best service ever, she was willing to listen to the issue I had for a long time. After I have explained what the issue was, she promised to call me back as she had to go and speak with her superiors, indeed after few minutes later she called back to deliver good news that she had finally resolved my query.
