I wish i never joined this tracking company

once again im so disappointed with the service recieved from cartrack this morning, last year i had to even go to their offices for my complaint to be resolved by a mere "sorry". now they are at it again, i spoke with 10 consultants with whom some i didnt take their name and nobody could assist with a simple sms query, leila even didn't want to log a complaint for me, such bad service
