I will not recommend Cartrack to anyone

I will not recommend Cartrack to anyone. They are very quick to take your money and charge you for additional work but don't carry out the service. I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new one. Contacted Cartrack 3 weeks ago to make arrangements for the tracking unit to be removed from the old vehicle and installed in the new one. Spoke to 4 different people telephonically over the last weeks who all advised that they would assist to get the booking sorted out for the deinstallation and reinstallation and to date nothing has been done. I keep getting pushed from pillar to post and promised that someone will call me. They were to quick to bill me the R817 charge for the service but can't get the service done. Will be cancelling my contract with them now. I have had enough.
