I was very frustrated with the service I got on Monday and Tuesday

I was very frustrated with the service I got on Monday and Tuesday. Eventually on Wednesday a technician went to We Buy Cars and walked the whole warehouse looking for my Kombi to remove the device. Unfortunately I do not know his name by it he kept me posted all the time. On Wednesday Kholise Radebe came to install my tracker device. What a pleasant gentleman. We were running late to meet him at 3 only got to him at 4 and he waited . Did the job and even assisted me with my app. Thank you Kholise. Because of his dedication and commitment Cartracker has a customer that has overcome her frustration and irritated and wanting to leave tracker. Excellent service to thetehnicians of Tuesday that removed the device and to Kholise that installed. Need more technician like them.
