I was struggling to get assistance from cartrack technicians they kept on canceling the job to install a tracking device on my automatic BMW stating that they don’t know how to do the job. I’m an existing cartrack client with 3 cars I was so frustrated ready to cancel all contracts I have with cartrack until I spoke to Lesego Mashego ,she was professional and apologetic and delivered. Lesego Mashego is solution driven ,she arranged for a senior technician to do the job and it all worked out.I ended up not canceling my 3 contracts I have with cartrack because of her prompt assistance.
