I was not assisted at all

On Sunday morning around 3am,i called for road side assistance and their call canter agent, called me and said they will send a service provider to come and assist me, they didn't call to assist me, I waited till 4am till I requested another one still no one came to help me, the 2nd call center agent told me that the 1st had a Tyre break down, they will find me another one, I waited till 8 30 that was when I decided to look for one myself... Mind u waited from 3 am till 8 45 am to be helped, I was in the middle of the street, no one bothered to do a follow up, to check if I was helped or not and yet the first call center agent was rude to me, she even hang up on me, my biggest concern was what if I got ****** or got hurt while I was waiting to be helped for the service am getting paid for and for the things they promised to do for me, coz I feel like they didn't help me as a customer... Am still terrified about what happened to me coz the streets are not safe especially at night or early hours in the morning
