I was in the process of purchasing a new car, since I still had a contract with car track I wanted the same service provider on the new car. I called on a Monday the lady said I would need to make an appointment which could happen in around 5working days where they would need to remove the unit and put it into the new car then charge me. I then called again and spoke with Thabang Maredi. He was very informative and helpful. He told me he would provide a solution and he did! Thabang you are an asset to Car Track. Instead of removing and reinstalling, Thabang arranged for change of ownership to the unit in the new vehicle and I don't have to do a thing! Thank you Thabang
