I was extremely unhappy at first
I was extremely unhappy at first. It took a lot to sort out the account. Eventually the company came through for me. They are more honest than Matrix or Mix/Telematics. Don't use Matrix or Mix/Telematics. I had a bad experience through and through with them. Use Cartrack. You will be happy with Cartrack.
