I was assisted by a lady named Patricia, she is really a great person who understand the value of service customers. She was very calm throughout the call and my device was not picking up the location and she promised to get back to me after they rebooted my device from their site but still it didn’t pick up and instantly she was providing solution to my issue and made sure that I understand what needs to be done going forward to resolve this issue. She really understand what she is doing because I was already getting frustrated due to the device that is not working and she made me feel like it’s one of those days were technology will fail but solution will be available then I was feeling good after our call.
