I want to thank Lindiwe Dhladhla for the professional conduct that she displayed earlier regarding a query on my February premium. However, yesterday, Lucky Pilane from the same company rang me and spoke to me with unparalleled disdain, and when I informed him that I atke exception to his conduct he dismissed me by saying my sentiments are a mere opinion and don't account for anything in the bigger scheme of things. Lucky 's behavior is appalling and is indeed a disgrace to the organization. I'm very disappointed!!
