I want them to pay my money

On the 7th of July 2025 I had a battery disconnected because there was a huge mist so I parked my car outside the road so my tracker track connector they call me confirming that my battery is disconnected and then they send breakdown to help me from Hencom company that when breakdown mixed up the cables while trying to replace the main fuse due to incorrect jump.
