I want my refund

These people decided to double charge me even worse I called them beginning of July to request that they change my debit order date they didn’t do that instead they decided to charge me extra money saying it is their admin fee which I also found rude given that I requested change way earlier. Not just that they double charged me R395 which it’s a hassle for them to refund me since 30 July they said it will take 7-14 days to date I never received my refund. They so rude and I want my money
