I WANT MY MONEY PERIOD

This company is now taking an advantage of me because on the 26th of February I wrote an email to them to remind them that they should remember not to debit full monthly subscription fee because they owe me and no one responded to me out four if not five people I sent an email to. Now today I learned they debited the full subscription amount and the money they owe me is not in my account because they should atleast send my money back...I know someone is going to call me and try to ask me why I wrote this review so I would advice you first ask Thembelihle and his/her team to read you my emails before you can call me because am tired about you calling me and pretending to understand my frustration but you continue making me suffer financially because of your mistakes...I WANT MY MONEY PERIOD
