I want my money because I cannot afford to deal with such things every month

I'm still suffering because of this company because they debit my account as and when they wish, even after collecting their monthly payment when they find money in my account they debit it and their team will make empty promises that they will get it right but instead they will make a full debit payment though they owe me.
