I want my money back

We've had an ongoing issued with cartrack. An agreement was for the premium of R99 instead they've been debiting R199 disputed now they are debiting as they please and at any day. And I had to reversed and that's affecting my credit score and putting my life onhold. I've been trying to liaise with them they'll forever to get someone to call me n assist. Last month it was R2000, today it is R1416 and changed the debit order instructions to Debit check on whose authority only God knows. Cartrack is a ****
