I want my money back

Good day I signed a contract with car track on the 3rd of february my App never worked which i complained about sevaral times..to my suprising last week when on the 26th of May i called to check if they can see where the car is...i was amazed that they coudnt see the car. They confirmed that it has never worked so which means ive been donating with monthly fee..i dont even want to know what would have happened if the car got missing...ive been calling to get my money back they putting me from one person to the other ..they said the team leader will call..im still waiting...such a terrible expirience.
