I want my money

I bought a new car January and with my old car I was using cartrack then I decided to inform them that the car was trade in so I need to cancel, I was told that I need to pay 790 cancelation fee. I did mention to the consultant that i don't have that kind of money but I can make arrangements by paying 200 per month to my surprise last month they debited 763 the I reverse because that was not our agreement and they also did for the month of March. Can they reverse it and I am not happy a d did not budget for it 😡😡😡
