I traded my car in,it took cartrack 2 weeks to remove the device from the car at the dealership and it took them 1 month to reinstall the device in my new car. They keep scheduling and just don't turn up to install. when they needed they funds for removing the old device and reinstalling they debit my account at the same time but made me wait 1 month.
