I took a tracking device with them in November 2024,the device was fitted at marcarthy Toyota edenvale.in July 2024 my car was hijacked,when I have to claim recovery warranty I then told about the clauses on my terms and conditions to say I should have phone the cartrack in every three months to test that it is still working which I was not told on the onset.they refuse to compensate me with R150000.i took the matter to ombudsman but still they don't want to cooperate.pls help me .
