He was so helpful and took me through the available packages and helped me sign up for a contract. When we were done, he offered to transfer my call to a booking consultant instead of me waiting for call from them. The booking agent (Linathi Msiza) was as efficient as Kgomotso and was able to accommodate my needs, as the initial booking was not suitable for me. She was patient in verifying my details and address. As a returning customer, I'm happy with the improved service. I left before because of the bad service I received previously. Hoping to stay longer this time.
