I still have to pay for the unit that is not working
My Cartrack unit is not working anymore. It's dissapointing that I will still need to pay for it as I have to give a 20 day notice period. Yet I have been paying for it even though it was not working. I think this is sad

09 Feb 2022, 11:27It is really disheartening that my concerns were not addressed. I made peace with the fact that I was going to pay for two months for the device that I was made aware that was not working. To my suprise I get a call from Nonhlanhla from the accounts department who lets me know that I still owe and I needed to pay. Since I was defeated, I was going to pay and get out of this relationship. She then wants me to accept a debicheck and for my troubles I will be charged an addiional R10. 00. When I disagree to this she puts the phone down in my ear. This sure does feel like cruel and unusual punishment.
