I spoke to Lebogang Seoposengwe who was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the assistance I needed. He was able to explain very clearly to me how my issue could be resolved and I trust that I won’t need to follow up again. It was a relief speaking to someone who actually listened and clearly understood the issue and then gave a solution, as opposed to the very unprofessional and unhelpful lady I spoke to about the same query before him.
