I signed up for a product with them where they organised someone to come install it in my car. First they organised for the technitian to come that same day but then when they were an hour late I got another call to organise for a weeks time. They are happy to take my money but mess me around with the product I'm paying for. Not to mention I got 3 different calls to organise a time for them to install the device. Really unorganised. Ayanda Nyembezi was apologetic and professional but did not try find a solution when I expressed I am very unhappy with having to wait so long.
