I requested for someone to call me because I wanted to sign up

I requested for someone to call me because I wanted to sign up. I eventually got a call, signed up, but when it came to fitment.. things never materialized. The first scheduled date was 28 March 2025. Technician was a no show. I sent an email expressing my disappointment because no follow up was down. Scheduled a new appointment for today. Still no technician. Very disappointed. Lost me before the journey even started.
