I regret using Cartrack

I regret using Cartrack, they are harassing me,I was having a Ford fiesta that later got involved in an accident and was written off, few months later I bought another Ford fiesta n they told me I had to pay R600. For unit re-installation n R870. For unit replacement since they can't locate the previous fiesta to take out the device n put on the new fiesta. So I paid R1470. For all work agreed on, now they are saying I owe another R600. For re-installation on the previous fiesta which never took place, so they keep sending me messages that my account is in errors, so I called them and they heard my story n promised to correct the misunderstanding but on Monday they took the R600. From my account without my consent which I then reversed n called them and they said they don't know why the debit went through bcuz they sent a mail to accounts department but the money still being debited, last night they took another R421. Which I reversed again n now they blocked me on my app saying I'm owing them
