I REGRET SIGNING WITH THEM,WORST WORST WORST SERVICE

I regret the day I signed with CAR TRACK,I registered my 1st car with them 2018 and not even a single day have they called to inform me even when I was driving in hazardous areas which got me concerned, got into an accident 2021 and my car was written off, so it was longer sleeping on registered address and the battery was disconnected from it, not even a singe day did they call to find out. Until I decided to stop paying them cause clearly they were not doing their job. And guess what, that was the first time I received a call from them because I missed a payment. I told them to cancel, they told me about cancelation fee, until December last year they offered me black Friday discount towards my settlement amount, which I agreed to it and made a payment arrangement. They deducted the agreed amount end December .Boom early this year they called me saying that I owe them. Like really,...had to explain to that consultant and she saw on the system then advised that she will inform the accounts team and send me a settlement letter, I blocked them because they would call and hung up and guess what ,they handed my account to Viljoen attorneys. Which I also explained the same story and asked them to send me the recording of the call I made when making the payment arrangement, till this day...she also advised that she'll get them to send me a settlement letter.. What frustrates me the most is that they have the audacity to deduct R 209 every month from my account changing reference numbers, Every month I reverse from them, even worse when they deduct and there's no enough funds on my account, I have to pay my bank R145 for a unpaid fee. Wait today they called me saying I have to pay thousand something for them to remove me from TL something list,...I WILL NO PAY A CENT TO YOU GUYS,I SETTLED YOU DECEMBER 2021,PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE... STAY AWAY FROM CARTRACK,THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF AND AND WILL KEEP SENDING YOU FROM PILLAR TO POST YET DECUCTING FROM YOU....I REGRET..I REGRET...
