I regret Car track they are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with

I installed a device on Desember 2020 and the contract is paid 12 month in advance. For the past 4 years car track has been calling me regarding an outstanding account and each time I would ask them to compare my ID number and they would see it's nothing to do with me. But still I am being harassed by you for someone's account. For 4 years you have been calling me and very arrogantly DEMANDING money that I am not connected to? And this morning in the early hours I get a call for some attorney DEMANDING their money NOW. Car track, I will never recommend you to anyone and with my current device in my car I feel utterly unsafe knowing how you have treated me as a customer who's account is paid in advance with such disrespect and arrogance. I regret choosing you.
