I recently bought a car , The service was all good when they offered me their product. A guy came on Wednesday to put that tracker thingy and made download the app. He said i must test it out by going to the nearest garage and checking on the app if there's any source of movement. Till today my tracker is not working and i woke up to a debit order from cartrack for a tracker that's not even working. I am a new driver and anxiety is starting to get to my nerves there is sense of urgency , today i had to call thm, all they can do is just tell me that they going to reboot whatever and i should come to Rosebank to get it fix. Imagine that time i am at work when will i get the time to go there. I am so stressed and annoyed . PLEASE HELP ASAP
