I received sms saying that my contract will be terminated & I called their contact centre to find out as I didn't send the termination request but the consultant ensured me that the contract is not coming to an end but there is a sales person who wants to make a sale. After few days I received same sms, I was shocked and called the call centre the consultant advised that the contract is not ending but sales department is trying to make a new sale. I was so surprised to receive the termination certificate this morning, I called again Karabo told me that she's going to escalate & come back to me. I am still waiting there is no communication received I am so disappointed
