I received a PowerEvent alert and noticed that they had also tried calling me. I contacted them back explained the situation, and the consultant, Phathutshedzo Mariba was very helpful and understanding. We agreed to place my vehicle on maintenance mode following an estimated completion date from the repairer. All-in-all, excellent service and I'm happy with their quick response.
