I phoned on Friday to add a vehicle to my Cartrack profile. However, the person didnt add it and it took for ever, I got cut off and no one phoned me back... I left it. I phoned this morning. Lelind answered. To the point, informative, knows his product, had me signed up in no time, told me about promotions new products and booked a technician to install the device by tmrw. All done without me being overwhelmed or getting frustrated by to much info or the process taking to long. Well done Lelind and thank you. You are well representing your company.
