I phone for road assistance around 17h00 yesterday and the tow truck only came 20h30 i phoned more than 7 times telling people i was still not assisted and its not safe where i was but still nothing happened not even a call back to check if i'm ok

I phone for road assistance around 17h00 yesterday and the tow truck only came 20h30 i phoned more than 7 times telling people i was still not assisted and its not safe where i was but still nothing happened not even a call back to check if i'm ok. I even suggested for them to check another tow truck or service provide because the one they said was coming was not arriving. In all of that i got 3home at 02h00 am, very disappointed with the service i got, all in all your service is pathetic 😡
