I noticed that the battery in my vehicle was loosing power, so I wanted to charge it overnight. I disconnect the battery and connected the charger. Within two minutes Tericia Seroto from Cartrack phoned. My wife answered the phone and was greeted using her name. My wife gave me the phone and Tericia said that she was phoning to find out if my vehicle was OK. After I explained what I had done, she asked me to give her the phone number that she had called to verify who I was. My wife and I were very impressed with the speedy response and that Tericia knew my wife's name. We know that our vehicles are in good hands. Thank you for excellent service, regards Mike Gregory.
