I never expected sure so bad service in my life

Really bad service ever my battery was taken out of my car they did not call me to say it's out so I called them the following day, they did even know that it's out so I asked them to track my car, they could no tell me where it is so I said to cancel it because I'm not gonna pay something that is not useful. That was 2 years ago still they call to know where there money is everyone that called I said the same storie to but still the some thing, now they are quick to blacklist me because of the money I owe but 2 years ago I canceled because they could not track my car and asked me am I sure where my car is so so unhappy, it's fine blacklist me if you want I never expected sure so bad service in my life.
