I needed to change my account details and the service I received was fast and efficient
I needed to change my account details and the service I received was fast and efficient. The ladies I spoke to from different departments were all friendly and worked quickly. I managed to change my debit order date, email address, home address and checked my tracking device status all in 12mins. I'm very happy.
